High Quality Collision Center

I understand now why they chose the name High Quality, the entire business did a great job from beginning to end. Very nice on the phone, messaging updates in a timely manner, fixing my car and picking up everyone was incredible. I honestly was prepared for my car to be gone at least a month, they had it a week and it looked better than it did before my accident. The Gentleman that helped me when I picked up my car was very kind and professional. Sorry I didnt get his name but he was a tall guy with glasses. Im so grateful I chose yall to bring my car back to life. Keep up the great work!

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY TYPE OF WORK !!! I’m not here to bash, but bad business is bad business, now before I get started I already know whoever is going to respond to this review is going to make me look like I don’t know what I’m talking about and how it’s not going to be their fault and try to deflect it back to me, but long story short I had to take my car back to them about 3-4 time because the worked seemed very rushed. I had a 200 polo jacket that just,”disappeared” from my trunk. I haven’t even had my vehicle for 6 months and the headlight has gone out. I take it to them and was told someone will be reaching out to me I had to keep calling to get an update and finally Josh the guy who is supposed to be calling me back says,”oh yeah I was supposed to call you yesterday and let you know that it’s not covered under warranty because it’s an aftermarket headlight” it’s cool I’ll just keep calling you guys and do that part of your job for you. It took a very long time to get my car back from them in the first place and the communication is very frustrating. I can imagine you guys have had that experience where you don’t get any updates or you have to keep reaching

Absolutely 💯% will highly recommend their services. They finished my truck in 2 weeks. Quick with responses, honest estimates, the friendliest services, knowledgeable about repairs and accurate quotes, stayed after hours to allow me time to show up, repaired my dent beautifully restoring my truck as if nothing happened, matched my original paint job, I cannot say enough about them. I am so thankful I chose them. And will definitely choose them for all my future repair needs. Special Shout Out to Ronald - Amazing Job!! 👏 Thank you!!

Great service. Came in with a small job of replacing 7 clips. Other shops down town knew I was lost with installing the clips. They tried charging me $20 per clip to install. Ronald saw it was a 5 minute job. Without asking twice he installed all my clips shook my hand and told me have a blessed day. Thank you so much sir.
